How long will it take for me to be verified?
If you complete the form properly and provide answers to all of our questions, you’ll be verified within 3 working days. If, however, you’ve been unable to meet our criteria, you’ll be emailed with an explanation as to why your application has been unsuccessful this time. You’re then free to resubmit an application with the accurate information.

I’m newly qualified. Can I still be a listed provider?
So long as you have a degree and registration proof, you can still be a listed Krewh member.

What do I need to be verified?
To be a verified and listed provider on our platform, you’ll need to provide us with basic information (your full name, your clinic’s name - if applicable - and your address) along with your certification details and proofs. You’ll need to provide your registration number, registration council, specialism area, and then upload the documents themselves. Without these documents, you won’t be verified. This is because safety for our members is our #1 priority

Do I have to constantly update my profile?
This is 100% your call. We recommend spending around 30 minutes collating the information you’d like for us to publish on your profile. Then, we’d suggest revisiting your profile every quarter to ensure your information is still up to date, letting us know if you need any adjustments. Adding to your profile and gallery takes seconds, sending us information and photos via email which are uploaded to your profile for you. We handle everything for you, meaning your profile will be error-free.

Can I delete my listing?
You absolutely can. Joining us as a listed member is 100% free, so you have no obligation to keep your profile if you feel it’s not working for you. You can take your page down any time. Simply send us an email to info@krewh.co with your request and, after the relevant checks are made, your listing will be deleted from the site within 7 working days
